Mie in 2 nights and 3 days: a Toba day trip or a start in Iga

Stay two nights in Ise to separate shrine visits and the aquarium without changing accommodation. Visit Toba Aquarium by Kintetsu on day 2 and Naiku on day 3. To see the ninja museum first, compare a night in Uenoshi followed by a move to Ise.

From Uenoshi, take Iga Railway to Iga-Kambe and transfer to Kintetsu for Ise. Look up connections for your travel date. On the last day, include Naiku only if there is enough time to return to Iseshi Station and catch your departure.
