Three nights, four days: sea views or more time for streets and crafts?
With three nights in Okayama, you can combine Ohara Museum of Art with a Washuzan sunset, or give the Kurashiki streets and folkcraft museum a day each. Include the sunset program only if day three is a Friday, Saturday or the day before a public holiday, and return to Kojima Station on the same bus.

Frequently asked questions
When should I leave Okayama for the sunset program?
The departure changes by season, so check the official monthly time at Kojima Station bus bay 5 first. Choose a local train from Okayama that stops at Kojima, allowing time to walk from the JR platform to the bus bay. Also check that you can catch JR back to Okayama after the program returns. If the connection does not fit, skip Washuzan that day.

How much transport cost can I remove if I skip the Washuzan sunset from Okayama?
The checked subtotal for three nights in Okayama visiting the castle, garden, Ohara Museum of Art, Washuzan and Kibitsujinja Shrine is JPY 5,760. If you buy neither the JPY 1,020 return JR tickets between Okayama and Kojima nor the JPY 540 sunset program ticket, remove JPY 1,560, leaving JPY 4,200. The temporary daytime service uses Kojima Station bus bay 4, while the sunset program uses bay 5. Check the sunset operating days and monthly timetable separately.
