Admission

Exhibition admission costs JPY 600 for ages 16 and above and JPY 300 for ages 6–15. Groups of eight or more and disability discounts have separate conditions. Shop-only visits do not require exhibition admission.

Hours are 09:00–17:30 March–October, with admission until 17:00, and 09:30–17:00 November–February, with admission until 16:30. Reception closes 30 minutes before closing.

Use stand 1’s Natural Living Centre-bound Red Line to stop 6 Yamanashi Gem Museum/Kawaguchiko. Follow official location maps/signs to the gallery, allowing walking separately. Choose both directions for your date, matching departure/arrival in the same column. Adult singles JPY 180 were checked on 8 October 2026; recheck date-specific fares.
