Frequently asked questions

Can park, falls and aquarium share one day?

These itineraries give each destination a separate day. Reach the park via Katsuta and buses, the falls via Suigun trains and walking, and the aquarium via Oarai and sightseeing buses. The directions and return journeys differ. The falls itinerary combines the history sights first to free a day.

Can Tokyo Wide Pass cover a Fukuroda day trip from Mito?

JR Mito–Fukuroda Suigun is covered. Walking, JPY 260 Takimoto return bus and JPY 500 admission are separate. This route uses ordinary return JR reference JPY 2,080; buying adult JPY 16,000 pass solely for it is not advantageous. With an existing pass, check the visit falls within three consecutive valid days.
