Ordinary admission costs JPY 450 for visitors of senior high-school age and older, and JPY 210 for visitors aged 65+. Visitors of junior high-school age and younger enter free. Seasonal charges make senior high-school age and older admission JPY 800 on 3 April–6 May and 9 October–3 November 2026. Check ages 65+ seasonal pricing separately. Rides, Seaside Train and rental bicycles are excluded.
Opening hours
The park opens at 09:30. It closes at 17:00 from 1 March to 17 July and from 1 September to 31 October, at 18:00 from 18 July to 31 August, and at 16:30 from 1 November to the end of February. It is normally closed on Tuesdays, or the next weekday if Tuesday is a public holiday. Some spring, summer, autumn and New Year periods open daily; check your date’s calendar. The park is closed on 31 December and 1 January, and from the day before February’s first Tuesday through that Friday.

How to get to Hitachi Seaside Park
Take a bus from Katsuta Station East Exit stop 2. Alight about 15 minutes later at Seaside Park West Gate (海浜公園西口). Enter West Gate and follow the park map towards Miharashi no Oka.
