Opening hours
The museum opens 10:00–20:00, with last gallery admission at 19:30. It closes Tuesdays and around New Year. On Tuesday public holidays, it opens and closes the next weekday instead. Check dated notices for actual New Year closures and space-specific event or construction restrictions.

How to get to Contemporary Art Museum Kumamoto
Take an A-line tram towards Kengunmachi from Kumamoto Station to Torichosuji. BIPRES Kumanichi Hall is about a minute on foot from Torichosuji tram or bus stop. Use the street-facing escalator or lift to reach the museum on Level 3. Return to Kumamoto Station on line A towards Tasakibashi.
