Frequently asked questions
Can I visit the dinosaur museum without reserving?
Advance purchase for a specific date and entry time is the standard approach. Museum machines sell same-day tickets only when availability remains, so do not plan around buying on arrival. Special exhibitions, fossil research experiences and the outdoor museum have different ticket types and purchase deadlines.
Are the dinosaur museum and Tojinbo on the same railway line?
Use the Katsuyama Eiheiji Line for the museum and Mikuni Awara Line for Tojinbo. Check separate return journeys in each direction if visiting both.
