Preschool children travel free. Round trips on evening-operation dates cost ¥2,000 for adults or ¥1,200 for elementary and junior high students; separate summer and Christmas fares apply. Regular fares were revised April 1, 2026.
Opening hours
Ropeway and garden hours vary by season and day. Spring/autumn weekdays, Christmas weekdays, and winter generally operate 9:30 AM–5:15 PM; evening-operation dates run 9:30 AM–9:00 PM. On weekdays September 4–November 6, 2026, uphill ropeway service runs 9:30 AM–4:45 PM; the last downhill service is 5:15 PM. Gardens open 10:00 AM–5:00 PM with admission until 4:30 PM. Weekend/public-holiday evening access covers limited areas. Check your date's garden cutoff in other periods.
