Admission is ¥200 for visitors of college age and older and ¥100 for high school students; junior high school students and younger enter free. Visitors age 65 or older pay ¥100 with official proof of age.
Opening hours
The museum opens 7:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. March–July and September–November, 7:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m. in August, and 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. December–February. Last admission is 30 minutes before closing. It stays open until 9:00 p.m. on August 5 and 6. It closes December 30 and 31. Check the official calendar for temporary closures on your date.

How to get to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum · 広島平和記念資料館
From Hiroshima Station, take route 2 toward Miyajimaguchi or route 6 toward Eba to Genbaku Dome-mae. Walk through Peace Memorial Park to the museum's east building entrance. Return from the same stop on route 2 or 6 toward Hiroshima Station. Ordinary one-way fares are ¥240 for adults and ¥120 for children.

Entry times requiring reservations
Advance online reservations are required for entry 7:30–8:30 a.m. and 5:30–6:30 p.m. in March–July and September–November; 7:30–8:30 a.m. and 4:30–5:30 p.m. in December–February; and 7:30–8:30 a.m. and 6:30–7:30 p.m. in August. Online purchase is recommended at other times too; sales may end early when crowded. Check temporary closures and reservation conditions before buying.
