Which Miyazaki shrines, towns and gorge should you visit?
Cross a bridge over the sea to Aoshima's island shrine, or visit Udo's cave sanctuary. Explore old town lanes in Obi and local cedar shrine buildings at Miyazaki Jingu. For Takachiho's rock walls and waterfall, consider a northern stay with walking and boating on different days. When driving, check the walk from the car park you will actually use to each attraction.
